Our Educators’ Advisory Committee (EAC) provides an important platform for educators across the province to share their experiences on the frontlines of youth empowerment, speak to the needs of students, provide feedback on the development of passion2action programming, and support the advancement of our movement.

Share Experiences

passion2action is a relatively new organization, and your experience as an educator committed to empowering students provides an invaluable perspective for our team.

Inform Priorities

We rely on educators to help our team prioritize projects to ensure that our youth empowerment programming is relevant and fills a void in existing resources.

Provide Feedback

Our team works to develop programming that is effective and engaging for young leaders, but we need your help to ensure it is easy for educators to facilitate and support.

Support Advancement

passion2action’s reach grows thanks to educators that champion our programming and encourage colleagues to bring it into their classrooms, too.

Eligibility

We’re looking to build our Educators’ Advisory Committee (EAC) with a diverse group of educators from across the province, all of whom:

▶︎ Are passionate about youth empowerment

▶︎ Teach in a Saskatchewan school (elementary or high school)

▶︎ Are able to commit time and effort towards monthly EAC meetings and supporting other occasional passion2action projects

Application Information

We want to ensure that our Educators’ Advisory Committee (EAC) reflects the diversity of our student population and brings a wide variety of experiences to the team. To help achieve this goal, we ask that interested educators submit a brief application.

We ask that all educators interested in joining the EAC submit a brief Letter of Intent. It does not need to be long, but should outline the following:

▶︎ Why you’re interested in getting involved with passion2action

▶︎ What experience and perspectives you would bring to the conversation

▶︎ What school division you work in

That’s it! Make sure that you include your full name, email address, and school division in your Letter of Intent, then simply email your application to < onboarding@passion2action.ca > with the subject line “Join the EAC: <Your Name>”.
