The goals are integrated and recognize that actions must balance social, economic, and environmental sustainability to achieve the SDGs everywhere and in every context.

This is your opportunity to facilitate a project that bridges local action with global impact
From tackling food insecurity and reducing inequalities to building sustainable cities and taking climate action, the Global Goals help bridge our local realities with the global context.
The Global Goals Youth Activation is creating a platform for Saskatchewan youth (ages 18 – 35) to take action with a project that addresses one or more of the UN SDGs.

Submit a Project Idea
As part of our third PROJECTS cohort — generously supported by Crown Investments Corporation and SaskPower — we are excited to offer dedicated microgrant funding to support youth-led projects that help advance the UN SDGs in Saskatchewan.
The deadline to submit an application has been extended to October 17.
Project Pitches
After the passion2action and SCIC teams review the project applications, finalists will be invited to present their idea to a panel of judges for the chance to earn a place in the PROJECTS cohort, with microgrant funding up to $1000, mentorship, leadership development opportunities, and project support to help bring your idea to life.

passion2action PROJECTS is a project-based skills and leadership development program that supports teams of young people in taking action on their passions. Based on a model for community-engaged learning, the program involves engaging workshops, mentorship and networking opportunities, and microgrant funding — all within the context of a community service project.
