Throughout the month of March, current University of Regina students can apply for microgrant funding of up to $1000 for projects that benefit the U of R community or beyond. Students can apply individually or as part of a group for funding to benefit new or existing projects.

Throughout URSU’s Community Service Month in March 2021, University of Regina students are encouraged to reflect on how you can use your passions and talents for the betterment of the U of R community or beyond. With microgrants of up to $1000, let us help bring your ideas to life!

Microgrants are small, one-time cash awards given to individuals or groups to help bring your community service project ideas to life. passion2action has partnered with the University of Regina Students’ Union (URSU) to help facilitate a microgrant program specifically for U of R students as part of URSU’s Community Service Month in March 2021.
Community service projects can be proposed by an individual or a group, but must be led by at least one current U of R student. Please note that the application form must be submitted by the current U of R student.
Project teams can request up to $1000 in funding as part of the Community Service Month microgrant program. For larger projects requiring more funds, current U of R students should consider applying through the PEC funding system.

Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis throughout Community Service Month in March 2021. There is no deadline to apply, but we encourage you to apply early as funds are limited.
